Operating Notes:

1. For safety, please put the stove in a ventilated place.
2. In order to improve the service life of the furnace, we recommend that the heating rate should not exceed 10°C/min. The cooling rate does not exceed 5°C/min.
3. The furnace has no vacuum tightness, and it is forbidden to pass toxic or explosive gases
4. It is forbidden to put the materials directly on the bricks at the bottom of the furnace, please put the materials in the special crucible.
5. When heating, the material and crucible should not touch the heating element and thermocouple
6. If not used for a long time, please bake the oven before using it again.

• Installed with air switch and leakage protector:
  When the circuit is over-current or leakage, the switch is automatically disconnected.   
• It can be connected to the computer.                                                                                                                                The furnace is equipped with communication interface and software, which can directly control the various parameters of the furnace through the computer, and can observe the PV and SV temperature values on the furnace and the operation of the instrument from the computer. The actual temperature rise curve of the furnace will be drawn by the computer in real time. And it can save the temperature data at each moment, and it can be recalled at any time.

• Trigger :                                                                                           1. Phase shift trigger (with soft start and current limiting function)
  2. Current limiting function: No matter how the heating rate is set, the secondary current of our electric furnace is always limited to 170A, which effectively protects the equipment. Due to the current limiting function, the furnace door can be opened at high temperatures.
  If you use an electric furnace that needs to limit the heating rate of the furnace during the heating process (for example, it is stipulated that it should not exceed 3°C/min after 1400°C, etc.), then use a non-limiting trigger. If the heating rate is set incorrectly or the heating rate is too fast, the current will be very large and the device will trip or burn out.
  3. Soft start function: The current will increase slowly when starting up, and the impact on the heating element is small, which is beneficial to the extension of the heating element life.
  4. Protection function: If the current exceeds the limit current, the trigger will automatically cut off the trigger function to cut off the current to protect the electric furnace.
