Operating Notes:

1. For safety, please put the stove in a ventilated place.
2. In order to improve the service life of the furnace, we recommend that the heating rate should not exceed 10°C/min. The cooling rate does not exceed 5°C/min.
3. The furnace has no vacuum tightness, and it is forbidden to pass toxic or explosive gases
4. It is forbidden to put the materials directly on the bricks at the bottom of the furnace, please put the materials in the special crucible.
5. When heating, the material and crucible should not touch the heating element and thermocouple
6. If not used for a long time, please bake the oven before using it again.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

• Optional 1.) Explosion-proof system: Explosion-proof system is composed of solenoid valve, microcomputer, pressure display and transmitter, 24V power supply, AC contactor, etc. The pressure in the furnace is converted into an electric signal through the pressure display and transmitter and transmitted to the microcomputer. The microcomputer compares with the set value, and then gives a signal to control the AC contactor, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve. When the pressure in the furnace is greater than the allowable pressure set by us, the solenoid valve will open immediately to play an anti-explosion effect. We have installed an air outlet pipe on the solenoid valve, and the user can connect the pipe to exhaust the gas outdoors, and the explosion-proof valve is one-way The valve can only exhaust gas, not return flow, which effectively guarantees the safety of the furnace.
  The explosion-proof system has many advantages:
  (1) Reusability: The solenoid valve opens when the pressure is greater than the set value, and closes when the pressure is lower than the set value. Unlike a mechanical riot control device, it cannot be used once it bursts.
  (2) The setting value is adjustable: the user can adjust the opening pressure of the solenoid valve through the microcomputer as needed.
  (3) The explosion-proof point is very sensitive: because the microcomputer and electric signal are used, it will detonate immediately when the pressure reaches the explosion-proof point.
  (4) Explosion-proof system safety: no fragments fly out during detonation. (If a mechanical type is used, the glass may fly out).
  (5) The explosion-proof system has good stability: because of the use of microcomputers and solenoid valves, it will detonate at our set point, and users can test it. Unlike the mechanical type that cannot be tested, there are many differences in whether the explosion-proof point will open or not. Certainty.
• Optional 2.) Under-pressure alarm system: When the furnace pressure is lower than a standard atmospheric pressure (the pressure value is adjustable), the electric furnace will automatically alarm to indicate that the intake air flow is insufficient, and can decide whether to cut off the heating circuit according to the needs of customers power supply.
• Optional 3.) Gas supply system: The furnace can be equipped with 2 or 3 float flow meters, which can control the gas flow rate. Each inlet has a stainless steel valve. You can choose one of them or Several channels are used to adjust the gas. The gas enters the gas mixing tank after passing through the flow meter, and then enters the furnace body in 3 channels, so that the gas can flow into the furnace body evenly.
• Optional 4.) Vacuum system: The atmosphere box furnace can be pre-evacuated to speed up the cleaning of the air in the furnace.
• Optional 5.) Combustion device: The furnace can be equipped with a hydrogen burner to burn the gas discharged from the furnace.
